About the Placement Cell

The Placement Cell is an integral part of our Institution that acts as the interface between various companies seeking talented young graduates and postgraduates in various disciplines. The cell is sensitized to function all through the year towards generating placement and training opportunities for the students. Training activities are organized throughout the year in an effort towards preparing the prospective students for the campus selection programmes.

Goals & Objectives

  • To provide sufficient practical exposures to create action plans and execute the solutions.
  • Assists with resources and activities to facilitate the career planning process.
  • Offers special training to develop soft skills and communication skills.
  • Organizes entrepreneurship development programs to motivate aspiring students.
  • Arranges periodic meetings with Human Resources Department of companies
  • Identifies the needs and expectations of the companies to assist them in recruiting most suitable candidates.
  • Organizes pre-placement training/workshops/seminars for students.

Placement Training – Placement Procedure

  • Companies are invited to the college by the placement team.
  • To the responding companies, the details of the final year students opting for placement are sent as per their requirements.
  • The company assigns a convenient date.
  • After confirmation of the company, pre-placement training is arranged before the convenient date.
  • The company conducts tests followed by their interview process.
  • The result is usually announced on the same day.
